Condolences
Windover sends our deepest sympathy to Diane Weima
and her family.
The mother of season site holder Diane Weima (site 24, "Tallboy") passed
away Thursday, July 15th. after several weeks battling cancer.

2-4pm Sun.
Monday funeral at First Christian Reformed Church, 1105 Exmouth Street,
Sarnia, on Monday, July 19, 2010, at 11 a.m.

Back again this year in our store! It is going to be the Creative Corner. So anyone that has that creative streak can
be seen. We shall call you Artists from this point on. You may be
a musician, a potter, an artist, a photographer, or whatever. We will have a
consignment area for your wares. We will pay you after the purchase. We ask that you have a small 1
page description of anything else you may have for sale, or what it is

Memorial Park
Memorial Wall
Take a quiet walk in the Memorial Garden and
call to mind loved ones and awaken memories of those who have gone
before us. We send a special thank you to Chris G., Sandy M. and Caryn
W.
who created a wall of plaques honoring family members and pets of
seasonals
and campers from years past. Many of the trees in the Memorial Garden
were planted in memoriam of these loved ones.
As some of you are aware, the plaques were originally on posts in front
of trees and shrubs, but were taken away for renovation. Unfortunately,
specific placement of these plaques was never noted and we have tried to
obtain this information to no avail. Our solution was to create the
newly erected Memorial Wall. We believe the outcome has quite an
emotional impact and maintains
a special chapter in Windover's history.
We have a very nice perk to offer you
for those gift giving moments. Windover is
now offering gift
certificates for you to purchase and give to those friends you
want to introduce to camping. These will be good for you to give to people that
have never had the Windover Experience and don't know about our
special place. Seasonal's, these will be great for you when we have one
of those "Hey, I didn't know it was your birthday" or "Thanks for
watering
my plants for those 2 weeks I couldn't get up" moments.
Purchase as
many or as few as you choose.

Windover Women’s Resort is now Hiring!
We are now
accepting applications for store help
and grounds help. If you have a love for people and the
outdoor’s, we would love to hear from you! This is a manual
labor job. Candidates must have the following:

over the age of 18

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Not mind bad weather conditions or hard
work

Good people skills
-
Cash register/store
experience a definite plus

These cards will be available in the camp store starting
on opening day.
By purchasing this Gold Card, you will be saving 5% on your total store
purchase. From firewood to groceries, frozen foods to logo items. For a one
time fee of $50.00, this card is valid for one year from date of purchase.
The monies collected from this card will help support the many new
improvements
the campground desperately needs.

This card is Non-Transferable
A correction to the Reservations
page for reserving a campsite has been made. For those of you
that would prefer not to use your Credit Card, there is a Bill Me
check box to use. By checking this function, you will be sent a Invoice
to your home
address with the reservations you have made. You will have
7 days to re-send the
invoice with your deposit or payment in full back
to Windover for it to be accepted
and reservations placed.
At Last!! you can now order you
ticket (s) for an Event via Credit Card
via the Events Reservations
Page. Your order will be processed and your
tickets will await you in
the office when you arrive.
